ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION

We are a community-based organization that provides educational and economic opportunities for low-income communities of color in Chicago, with a focus on serving Humboldt Park, North Lawndale, East & West Garfield Park, Belmont Cragin, and Austin.

If you are 16-21 years-old and have been unsuccessful in a traditional high school, consider West Town Academy or YCCS West High School to earn your high school diploma.

If you want to start a career in a high-growth industry, explore our vocational training in Wood Product Manufacturing and Transportation, Distribution, & Logistics.

If you want help finding a job or preparing for interviews, explore our Career Pathways program. Whether adults or youth, Career Pathways has resources to get you hired.
