Are you motivated to create opportunities for Chicago’s West Side residents? For over 25 years, GWTP has developed programs and policy initiatives that link the educational and economic needs of Chicago’s low-income communities and communities of color with local economic development efforts and employers.

We are a female-led, Black-led, mission-driven organization that understands the complex challenges our community faces. We are dedicated to implementing practical programs that serve highly-barriered youth and adults, including returning citizens, individuals experiencing homelessness, and English Language Learners.
